Synopsis

DREAM.13 took place on March 22, 2010, at Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Japan, hosted by Fighting and Entertainment Group’s DREAM. The main event features Joachim Hansen defending his Lightweight Championship against Shinya Aoki, with Hansen coming off a TKO win over Hiroyuki Takaya in 2009 and Aoki riding a submission victory over Mizuto Hirota at Dynamite!! 2009. Hansen previously won the title by defeating Aoki in 2008, while Aoki’s recent submission streak showcases his grappling dominance.
