Synopsis

In the dense fog of the seashore, dead corpses lie in a row on a small motorboat. Sung-hye who is studying abroad returns to Korea suddenly but then keeps silent. Jang Chung-han, her fiancee, goes to Minister Pak Chul-hwan for advice regarding Sung-hye's depression.
