Synopsis

In the utopian village of "Red Star" there is a commotion: elections are coming for the candidates for the head of the settlement. The odious Stepan Stepanych (acting head) calls a meeting to keep his post. After long negotiations, Stepan Stepanovich and his retinue come to a verdict: a technical candidate is needed. Who will be chosen as the main victim of the intrigue of the strong "village-this", what kind of rebuff this candidate will give, what ups and downs, circumstances await gullible heroes you will find out on the big screens in the cinema!
